If you move your head, and you remain focused on one point. Your brain removes the movement from your view. this is why you can bop your head to music and still read an e-mail. You can't tell when your head bobs. Another example is when you walk, you feel really steady, but if you hold a camera you see lots of shakyness. This is because the camera does not smooth things out like your brain. When you walk there is a ton of shakyness and you notice little to none of it.

Got you, understand what you mean now. I didn't notice it in that game but this was after I had calibrated it to my liking. Which leads us to the conlusion that it really should be optional and adjustable but with no effect on gameplay.
