Activation issue - krakelohm - 01-23-2011
Howdy,
Hey I purchased Amnesia back at the end of November. Was playing it for a while without any issues. So I had some free time today to give it a go again and when I start the game back up it is going through the setup again asking for activation. I put my email address I used to activate the game and it is telling me there is no user with the email address on the server. This is the same machine I originally downloaded the game on and was playing fine a few weeks ago, can anyone help?

Downloaded it off the frictional games website 11/27/10 for $20 and got the registration email wit no issues. But like I said for some reason when I try to re-activate it is saying it is a bad email address.

I bought the Penumbra Collectors Pack off Steam. The problem is when I went to my games library, Penumbra Overture was the only one that launched. Both Black Plague and Requiem do not. When I try to play it, It says validating files, then I stops and says that the Steam server is busy. This cant be the case, because I've been trying all day and night for a week. Can someone please help.

This is a Steam issue and probably we don't have anything to help.
