When I hit my computer's volume, game crashes - mrmanfam - 01-25-2011
I use Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit (is there a problem with 64 bit?), ATI Radeon HD 4850.
Sound seems OK, but soon as I try to lower the volume, the game crashes. Also, should I be able to move using just the mouse? There is no arrow on screen nor crosshairs. So far, I have to move with keyboard AND mouse.

There is no problem with 64 bit. I have W7 x64 & ATI Mobility Radeon 4570.
Press X to see cursor. It's a white dot.

keyboard WASD keys are for movement. Mouse is for moving characters view, ie looking around.

w7 Home Premium 64bit GTS250 Geforce, no problem here
moving with your mouse? that seems realy wierd, have you tried to change everything back to default? if not reinstall it and/or reformat your computer
and you only have a crosshair when you can do things (e.g pick up items, open doors etc)
