Something is wrooooooong. (Help!) - codexlevel5` - 01-29-2011

My game doesnt work! It shows the main launcher screen[Image: Amnesia.jpg?t=1296333941]

but when i click Launch my screen goes black and then shows this:

Help!
Update: it now lets me in the actual game, but i can not create a profile. I type one in and press create, but the profile box is blank. Then, when i leave it shows this:

missing file or doesn't have permissions? Could try running as admin / re installing.
