Game crashes when start - Hampton - 02-04-2011

hi my client crashes right after i hit the "launch" button and it shows this in the blackbox:

EXPECTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in module <UNKNOWN> at 0023:00000000

Im using AMD Althon™ 64 x2 dual core processor 4800+ and ATI graphic card but im not sure of the exact type.

okay i've solved the problem by updating the graphic drivers
