Can't download the games - Resolved - eiahmon - 02-24-2011
I just bought The Penumbra Collection as well as Amnesia, so as soon as I got the recipt in my email, I went to where I was directed to download. But as soon as I click on the link to download the windows version of either game, I get a 403 Forbidden page. Could anyone help me out with this? I have been itching to get my paws on these games for days, and now I can't.

I tried that - several times. It takes me to the games, and when I click on the windows download, I get the 403 forbidden page.

Interesting. You might need someone with access to see if the system recognises you've purchased the games. If you've got the order email that'll help

Well someone from Frictional got ahold of me, and they gave me temporary download links which worked, so I was able to get the games.
