It is the german title for the game Smile

And the list is only for the games on Kalypsos site, so it is (probably) not the most popular game in Germany Smile

On German Amazon it got 5/5 stars through user ratings (admittedly, only two, of which one was written by me, but...) and ranks as #626 in their Games section.
