i would like to create a script for a headset mic
is it possible to create a script that when you scream and the volume goes above a certain level it will spawn a monster or if there is a monster in the area it go to the players position where the sound occured?

Sorry to destroy your hopes, but such a thing doesn't exist (yet). You would have to rewrite a lot of code in order for this to work, even then nobody would be using that, I guess.
I mean, if you want to make people come when you scream, just go to a city and scream.
