RE: Blinky™ - Gameoids - 03-30-2011

That has to be one of the most creepiest robots I have ever seen. That expressionless face (that stares out in space) gets me every time, especially when he closes the door at the end...

But this child was so cruel to poor Blinky.
He deserved his death. >Big Grin

The kid is just frustrated by his parents constantly fighting, and he takes it out on the one thing in his life he can control.

RE: Blinky™ - Tintin - 03-31-2011

'Blinky' was very disturbing. It seemed to almost be a more mature sequel to 'Where the Wild Things Are' and not just because the short featured Max Records but there's also the similarity in tone and the raw cinematography etc.

RE: Blinky™ - Droopy - 03-31-2011

At first I thought the execution of the twist was a little too blatant, but then I found the story to eerily linger with me, keeping me up when I was trying to sleep. It is now apparent on how jarring the conclusion is.

Well, well done.
