I've examined the chemists note, and I think there's a scrambled sentence at the end of it. Can someone help me unscramble it? I can't really make sense of it.

I was thinking of "Badly Administered Dopamine Frequently Clouds Everything" and that one seems the most correct but, when I try to add the mixture of B and A, it clouds up. :/

Okay, look at the FIRST letter of each word, they are letters A B C D E F, that is the order the letters are in with the numbers, yeah. I'm test it right now.

If you look at the first letter of the words in the sentence letters this is how it would go-

first word starts with a B so Chemical number 1 is B
Second word starts with an A, so chemical number 2 is A, etcetera!

then you can see that chem #5(Phosphorus) is labeled F so you need to mix that.

Mix F and D and you got ur bomb!
