I'm at the part where theres shaft 12, 13, sector c, a toolshed...i can't find the password to sector c...it seems to be a blank paper and i can't figure out what to do with it, i've tried nearly everything

Have you been to the room with the blue light? I think it's Shaft 13.. Anyway, go in there and check the paper.
