Alright, I'm at the ice lake and I've reached the other side where the hand is.
Problem is, I have used all my items agaisn't the hand, and it hasn't worked.  All of them.

I'm starting to think it requires the rusty saw, but, you can appererntly make painkillers out of this formula.
Painkillers+rusty saw=Painkillers

I found this out rather unluckly..  So there's a glitch where if you mix painkillers and a rusty saw, the saw will dissapear.  Hopefully I'm missing an item you get in the area where the frozen lake is, or I'm in the wrong spot..

1: I'm not that evil to possibly waste the devolopers time with a non-existant problem.
2: I don't remember when I exactly did it, but it was after I first used it, must have been a glitch or something. (I should have taken the picture of the saw missing when I was at the ice lake x.x)
3: I eventually went in and copied/pasted the saw from an earlier game save, so I got past that part.
But it's still weird I guess.
