I was actually running full sprint forwards down the hall, and I was filming it because I wanted to make a wall of fire traveling towards the camera like in Independence Day. I got tired of waiting for fluid sim calculations, so I thought "Hey, I'll just reverse this and have a grunt chasing me". So that's what I did. I had to slow down the film to 50% so the grunt could keep up! Sure I could have sped up the animation, but it looked silly, and it's legs were sliding.
