problem - "No such purchase, please try again". - billms - 06-03-2011
Hi - My son is very anxious to play amnesia. We purchased the game and have been trying to download it for two days. We keep getting the message above - though we've double and triple checked the email and order number. Any advice?
I've noticed that there was another user with the same problem and jens fixed it so I pm'ed him. However, he hasn't responded and in the hopes of not having my son drive me stark raving mad by nagging I thought I would post here and see if anybody knew the appropriate magic.

Yea Jens is a busy guy, so he might not get back to you right away, just be patient and he'll fix it soon enough
