O.k. I just bought Amnesia via Steam...
I downloaded it...
Clicked it...
and the pressed play...
My screen goes black, then flickers to my original background then back to black then back to the regular desktop with a message saying the I should check my graphic card drivers to see if they were updated.
I did.
They are updated according to my computer.
Soooo IDK what to do...

You have to go to downloadcenter.intel.com and download new drivers for your intel hd graphics chip.

I picked grahpics.
then embedded graphic drivers
but idk what operating system to choose
I mean i have Windows 7 but that is not one of the options

Ok, Windows 7 should be one of the options. I'm not sure if you have Windows 7 64-bit or 32-bit, so just download the 32-bit drivers here:
http://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&ProductFamily=Graphics&ProductLine=Laptop+graphics+controllers&ProductProduct=Intel%C2%AE+HD+Graphics&ProdId=3231&LineId=1101&FamilyId=39
If you can't install them due to your particular computer having custom drivers, you can uninstall your current ones via the Add or Remove Programs thing, then install the official Intel ones.

Okay, so I had this same problem.
But no matter what I did, the driver wouldn't install.
So I saw that you wanted me to do the Add or Remove Programs thing, so...
I removed my drivers.
And now I can't reinstall ANY drivers.
What do I do?? D:

we need more info like operating system, graphics card, laptop/desktop etc...
Attach us here the file HPL.log found under Documents\Amnesia\Main folder.
