The error message says something about another process using the file. Maybe you should try reinstalling with the realtime-scan of your antivirus-software turned off. Of course, this only applies if it was on in the first place...

that done it, it worked!
thanks Thaliur, I when I saw the error I closed the anti-virus completly... guess the file system monitor remains activ even with the aplication closed.
Note for NOD32 users : when installing, switch off the AMON module of NOD32, if you get the message in the picture above!
