Try taking the files from the dog folder (drive where you installed Penumbra\Program files or whatever\Penumbra\episode 1\redist\model\character\dog or something like that)
The files that you MOVE (DO NOT DELETE THEM) would be character_dog_run, character_dog_walk, _rise left, _rise right, _attack1 and 2, _attack_low and all those that relate to the dog's movement or attacking. It gets really retarded that way. However the dog still attacks you even if it doesn't have any animation. If you want a sample what it may look like watch: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KSqGcbjrj5I
If you take the _base file off then it shouldn't even show up.
This may be counted as a cheat but I did it for fun ^^

that does sound like fun. If people could maybe post vids using google instead I could watch them. (youtube is blocked here)
