It's from the orignal penumbra tech demo, but it actually isn't in the game, the person working on it at the time of the tech demo decided to leave the team, leaving that unfinished.

There's a vent in the first room in tech demo that leads to many places. Me and Scraper found the vent that leads to the hunter but it was rusted shut

I didn't like those bloody walls. If this Hunter had jumped over me, not that you look around and then you just die, or whatever happens, it would have make more sense.

I get two.

1. It was man, who is changed into Hunter.
2. Hunter has fight with human and the blood is from that person.
