Thread: Disappointed with AAMFP

The biggest problem for me is that TCR added absolutely nothing in terms of game-play aside from the lantern (which acts like a flashlight). And no, being more focused on the story does not justify re... |

Do you have to start a new game for fix number four to work? I'm currently using the third released fix, MaxChannels at 32, StreamBuffers at 6, and StreamBufferSize at 32768. |

Hey Jens, what did you tweak in those files? I have the exact same issue with TDD and wanted to try to fix it myself. |

I had this with TDD as well
TDD installed to a 1 TB, 7200 RPM HDD -> Stutters
MFP installed to a 840 Pro SSD -> Stutters
I have 2 670s (SLI disabled for both games), an i5 2500K OC'd to 4.2 GH... |

It's the exact same issue from TDD. Every time there is a minor "event", the game stutters. It's infuriating. |

Will this game run with driver version 314.22 for NVIDIA cards? They've been having driver stability issues for months and I'm not upgrading to 326.80 any time soon. |

Removing the FPS limiter and turning V-sync off didn't help.
I have a USB 3.0 flash drive with good read/write times; I'll try installing the game on that instead of my mechanical HDD. |

Not sure what to do now. |
