OMG! I found an odd place that I seemed to have moved it to to free up disk space, so I have it again. Unfortunately my default Microsoft graphics drivers in Windows 7 do not support OpenGL very well ...

from the sound of it, your monitor (a TV in this case) is getting a resolution that it does not support. You can change the "screen" entry in your "My Documents/Penumbra Overture/Episode1/settings.cfg...
