Rise of the Triad is pretty good. I'm not sure if it's Build or not... it was made my Apogee. Blake Stone was kind of... between Doom and DN3D technology-wise. Another by Apogee (I think) Ken's Labyr...

Huh, has anyone mentioned Fahrenheit/Indigo Prophecy yet? I've never actually played it, but I heard it's a great adventure game with good scary bits in it.
