The Back Hall, easily. It comes right after one of the most intense sequences in the game, and it is both beautiful and haunting. The Cistern is also pretty nice considering what comes prior to it.

Prior to the success of Amnesia, Frictional Games...while having a pretty loyal fanbase, were pretty unknown by the majority. It was mostly big horror fans, Lovecraft fans, and a select set of gamers ...

For me it's probably your vulnerability (and honestly I expect this answer to be one of the more common ones), and that to me is what makes Amnesia work so well compared to other horror games. Slap a ...

I dunno, I think if Frictional gave their take on sci-fi/horror we could end up with something on the same level as the original Alien movie, and it would be amazing.

Far as I know Frictional has been pretty tight lipped on it. Only real details I can think of are that it won't be a sequel to Amnesia and that it won't be futuristic/set in space.
