Try editing your custom_story_settings.cfg - Set "Starting area" to "Summoning_Circle.map". That's the only way to easy replay it. Just throw the stone from the distance into the wall. Cheers!

"The machine" reqiures a "Justine" DLC - the walls are from there, as same as the many other entities. That's the only solution I found. Make sure that you have it.

I fixed the bug with steam pipes, and added more lighting in some areas. Hope It will work fine now. Does anybody finished the game? Is everything OK?
