The tree issue can be fixed by un-checking the "collides" button on each of the trees and then placing block boxes around them. Hope this helps

fire-room. It's completely messed up, if you pick up the drill the first time and then die, you can't find the drill when you respawn..

Can't find out what to do at the house with the painting. I've searched every inch of the map. Tried bringing the crowbar, the tongs, the saw, the sawblade but nothing works..

I already knew I had to go up, but then I had to find something to open the boards, and I found it just in the last second, so I picked it up, and I died, and when I respawned I didn't have it anymore, and the item did not respawn, so there was nothing I could do.

And I'm stuck at the same place as you are..

Nevermind. I tried all tools except for the screwdriver-looking thing in the room upstairs. Looks kinda like an icepick.

Go work room and find something to remove glue with ! PS: Please make sure, to use it ON THE CORNER OF THE MAP!

U should have drill in your inventory already !
