So, I cracked open your code for the lighthouse and tried to see the problem. Saw some redundancies and inconsistencies, and to be honest your code is a little cramped and disorganized. But hey, if you can read it I suppose it works. Anyway, here's my backtracing of the whole dealeo, from what I could see:
Spoiler below!
Turning the middle valve to the right causes these events:
[Line 567 , 576]: Top lever becomes unstuck, and stuck message is removed.
[Error?][Line 570 - 571]: The valve becomes stuck? (Your code here is a little confusing. You have false for disable stuck, but then false for stuck as well)
[Error?]: Stuck message does not come for middle valve.
Turning the top lever off causes these events:
[Line 540 - 541]: Bottom lever becomes unstuck, and stuck message is removed.
[Line 543 - 544]: Top lever becomes stuck.
[Line 539]: Torture Puzzle activates.
[Error?]: Stuck message does not come back for top lever.
[Line 1011]: "lightoff" variable changes to 1.
Saving your father in the torture puzzle prevents game loss, but otherwise triggers nothing significant.
Turning the bottom lever off causes these events:
[Line 469]: The middle valve becomes unstuck.
[Line 470 - 471]: The bottom lever becomes stuck.
[Line 472]: The stuck message comes back.
Turning the middle valve to the left causes these events:
[Redundancy][Line 623, 633]: The top lever becomes unstuck. The stuck message (which doesn't exist?) is removed.
Turning the top lever on causes these events:
[Error?] There's no on state (alState == 1) section for this, nor is there an if clause for anything visible. Nothing else seems to change its StateChange callback, either. Since you need to turn this on again to cause the final cutscene, maybe this is the problem?
I'll do some in-game testing with the patched version in a few here.

I've never seen a custom story more beautiful in my entire life. c:
Whatever comes to that amazing brain of yours, please keep listening to it! You're amazingggggggggggg. I hope this gets on the 'Best Custom Story EVAR' list thing that FG does. : D
but when i download last version of map - seems there i can"t move to the top on the ladder(i mean lighthouse of course), ladder is inactive, i don"t know why...
in prev. version - i can move to top without a problem

That puzzle was way too complicated anyway. I'm sorry to say that, but seriously, that's a massive fail, I hope you don't take offense. This was seriously the best custom story I had ever played, Through The Portal was my favorite but it was about to change, but then, once I was up to the lighthouse part... Nah. Even the puzzle right before the lighthouse was damn brilliant. But that whole generator/lever shit... Not only it didn't work (but that's not your fault, obviously), but it was also way too complicated. Well, that's my take on it, at least. The whole thing is absolutely beautiful, but this ruined everything.
If one of you needs a voice for a custom story, contact me:

Same here man, tried thousand times every solution and latest versions, but same result every time.
I give up, you should change this puzzle to something similar and easier to beat it.

I have to agree with the other sentiments. The story's good, and everything up until that one point is done quite well. I'm also honored that you took some of my suggestions, as I genuinely believe they improved the feel of things.
Spoiler below!
And I like the bedroom catscare in "hellworld".
The only unfortunate thing is that the end puzzle seems to function as follows:
Spoiler below!
1. Turn middle crank to the right.
2. Go up top, turn off generator.
3. Go down to the bottom, turn on lever.
4. Go to middle, turn valve to the left. Everything breaks.
5. Go down to the bottom, turn on lever.
6. Rinse repeat steps 4-5 until suitably frustrated.
7. Quit game and glue hair back on.
Also, did you delete the mechanical instructions? I couldn't find them on the desk.
Sorry I can't be of more help.

That's not how the puzzle is supposed to work. It's actually supposed to be quite simple, the way it works on my computer. Here's what's supposed to happen:
1. Turn crank right.
2. turn off generator.
3. Fiddle with switches, save father from electrocution.
4. Go to bottom, flip lever.
5. Go to middle, turn crank.
6. Go to top and win.
And that's it. Seriously. There's only supposed to be one part where the system can jam, and that's at the very first time you turn the crank. After that, the crank can only be turned one way at a time, and that makes it impossible to jam it. I will spend time today revamping the entire final level.
Thank you for looking at my code, by the way. Very helpful. Yeah, my coding style is very disorganized, I often just stick bits in where I happen to be at in the code. Lots of ctrl+f. I'm glad you noticed those redundancies.
I've tried to run it so many times, but it still won't start. Anyone know why? After i try to open the .bat is comes up with an error saying could not load main init file: Deterioration/config/main_init.cfg.
