how to upload your map to mod for games

so my game is over half way i have been working on it for about 3 weeks now and i was wondering how do i post information about the upcoming map on that mod for games website? thanks

Then where it says "Mods (0 - 30 of 176)"..on the direct right from it there will be a + sign, tick that.
