Those models are missing animations. They are however constructed in a manner which is consistent with models made for games.
The models in this thread is what we in swedish would call a "fuskbygge"; the closest explanation I could give would be that "they are not constructed in a good way, and that is either due to the laziness or inexperience of the creator". The excessive use of polygons doesn't add any details to the models - it merely smooths them at places where a normal map would be perfectly fine.
That is why anyone with modeling or texturing experience would never want to help OP finish the models (why would you give the engine of a volvo 1974 the chassi of a ferrari? :> ). For a non-modeler these may look perfectly fine, which is why I percieved it as the OP was fooling people offering to deliver work he could never complete.
I don't want to be a "creativity blocker", which is why I didn't post anything in this thread until now. I figured people would have to realize this themselves with the passing of time (in case OP still was an active member).
