No but I've played just enough of BP now that I've seen what you are talking about. I have a sense of what I think it means now, and yet, something still doesn't seem right... Again, time will tell! Thanks much for your non-spoiler notes though.

we were pisspoor during the development of overture and Tom the writer was bold enough to step up as a volunteer for doing the voice. during black plague development we were only half pisspoor so we could afford a voice actor

I think you're too hard on yourselves there. Overture, and so far BP, both stand by themselves as quite enjoyable. When you couple that with the limited resources behind them, well they're exceptional.

(EDIT): Hold up a sec, do you mean that Thomas was the voice of Phillip in Overture??

Just finished and...wow. Really, wow. I'll reserve further comment for the inevitable thread discussing the game but I just want to say to the people at Frictional you truly have outdone yourselves.

Janakev; any suggestions (without spoiling anything, even vaguely) how we can improve the experience ourselves? Such as turn off lights, increase sounds, ect.

Basically what I wrote earlier in the thread. Wait until night, close the door, put out the lights and stick on a pair of headphones. Believe me, there were plenty of times I was looking over my shoulder (once or twice having to take the headphones off).

Well bought overture just the other week and got stunned.
So already pre-ordered Black Plague for this friday's swedish release .

Anyway just goto say to the devs comment dudes you're awsome. I mean it's such greats games and so scary and very very special , i do not even dare to think of what you'd be capable of if you had even more resources .
