Yes. When you tick "Run in fullscreen" the tool attempts to change the resolution of the editor to match your screen resolution.
I suggest you make it not read-only. Then change the resolution of the editor to what it should be when it runs in regular window mode. Then reset the tool's settings, and tick "Run in fullscreen".

Thanks for the reply. I'm not using the full screen option though. Reason I have it set to read only is so the Level Editor can't stamp the last used location into the config file.
