Problem When Trying To Install Gears Of War!

Hi. I hope this is the place to say what is my problem.
Ok, when I'm trying to install the game Gears Of War to my pc (I think that you already know this game..) I have an error message who says
"Error: -1610 The configuration data for this product is corrupt. Contact your support personnel"
You don't know how long I am looking for an answer for this problem!
Please someone can help me?
(Ohh and I'm sorry if I did not speak well because I do not speak always English)
