Message on locked door

Hellos!
I've got a problem with the script which adding a message to a locked door.

I changed name of a door to: door3

I wrote in the PlayerInteractCallBack: DoorLockedPlayer

Then i typed in my .lang file:
<CATEGORY Name=“Messages”>
<Entry Name =“msgname”>It is you, the grandson? Please, go get a sack of potatoes for dinner. It should be outside, first on the right, next to apples. The key to the main door in the dining room.</Entry>
</CATEGORY>

And in my .hps:

void DoorLockedPlayer(string &in entity)


{
if(GetSwingDoorLocked("door3"))
{

SetMessage("Messages", "msgname", 0);

}
}

I've got a script for opening door with a key, maybe that's a problem, but idk how can I edit it.

help please!

Special quotation marks are not valid XML; use normal quotation marks.

I deleted comas and question marks. Still doesn't work. But why? Previously in my lang file i add also this:
<Entry Name="Note_theletter_Text">Oh...[br]So, you're finally here.[br]Doesn't matter who you are, the only thing that matters now is Why Are You Here?[br]Lets go to the door in front of you and open them with the key from the cabinet.[br]Come on, do not waste the time.</Entry>

And this working.

Normal quotation marks: ""

Question marks and commas are not the issue.
