BP locked doors

In the shelter, are the canteen (2) and the residential area (7) doors supposed to unlock.
I haven't gotten through them and I have already gone through the library and am climbing the scaffolding.

But I got curious about those doors and jumped back. I have checked the infirmary, storage , machine room, computer room but the residential doors stay locked.

I'am sorry to tell you this, but those doors cannot be opened. But as Philip tell you when you try to open those doors "either this door is locked, or jammed i'm not going trough". But what canteen looks like? Play Requiem, and you'll see it. But of course finish BP first.
