What disturbs someone changes with every person imho, I know a girl who can watch everything on rotten/reddit, without caring about NSFL content but who cannot bear the sight of saliva and sweat.
I myself am very sensitive to the flesh of a human body being twisted but I don't really mind scary clowns and dolls or whatever.

If you ask me this would be my call as a disturbing picture :

Wow, this is awesome. I think those later paintings are fantastic. Shame what happened to him.

It's cool how you can trace a common origin through the abstract/pattern paintings.
