RE: Modeling/Art non-related to Amnesia
Ah, thanks for the heads up. Cghub went down some days ago and I forgot to update my signature.
Anyways, I have no definitive intention behind that painting, so I find your interpretation very interesting. You could argue that it is a rather romantic work, since I was focusing on emotions rather than a rational statement. In a way it is also very selfish, like my private work often is. Having more to do with me than trying to make a comment about my environment (though it is possible to see the self as the biggest comment about ones environment). All in all, I also get a kick out of keeping my stuff open enough for different interpretations. And yes, spirals and other simple geometric forms are very fascinating. One of the steps was a block instead of the spiral/torus form, but I decided differently in the end, because I think it looked to blunt.

RE: Modeling/Art non-related to Amnesia
It kind of reminds me of a Schism from Silent Hill: Homecoming. I thought that's what it was at first until I looked harder at it. Looks Great! I would like to post my stuff here but I have this mentality where my art is just never good enough (granted it actually isn't. hehheh). Helps me strive to be better, but I hope I can be happy enough with something soon. School also doesn't help, with general classes taking more time than my game-related classes.
I like the Link too Trag, why the mask though?

Not a clue! I was just sculpting away not really following a concept, ended up feeling like he should have a mask to go with my new design for the hat.

@Statyk
Yeah, school can be a drag sometimes, was the same when I was studying. Though I feel that tedious classes (in my case it used to be marketing, copyright law, layout and typography. Nowadays, I am very much into these things.) can suddenly become very important and you`ll be happy that you had them. And do post your art, if not here then maybe on some specialised board. Always helps to be a "critique sponge".

Not exactly art, but I did this for a photoshop battle on Reddit.
Still hasn't gotten over the loss of wubwub...
