Based on the video in the OP I can't help, but feel that game looks more like Amnesia than Penumbra :/

Can anyone tell me the proper way to install this mod without messing up my redist folder?

Drag the "Necrologue_demo_en" folder into your redist folder, then appropriate to your system, drag the other file (.bat for Windows, .scpt for Mac, .sh for Linux) into your redist folder. To run the game, just double click on the .bat, .scpt or .sh file.

It won't mess up the folder, as the game runs independently off the original redist folder.

Finally! released!

The game is very great, voice actors are good, no much bugs spotted.
But, theres something you should fix.
The first mission (where you wake up in front of the comptuer),
It crashes ALL the time, if you change your graphic settings to lower. Same thing was in demo version. If i wont play on highest on the first mission, it will keep crashing. But i cannot handle these lags on highest stuff.
