It works perfectly fine with 1GB, I have been running it for the whole development on 1GB and at the same time having the level editor and model editor running. The requirements are recommended, they are not minimum!

RE: 2010-08 Friday 27th, Amnesia: The Dark Descent Gone Gold
Hey, I have a nvidia 6150SE graphics card. All my other specs check out but I'm not sure if this card has the horses to handle Amnesia:TDD. I can run the Penumbra games (on pretty low settings) and was really hoping for some assurance that the engine isn't too much heavier graphically, compared to the Penumbra games, for this entry in the Frictional games lineup. Help would be greatly appreciated!
PS: The graphics test "worked". Everything looked mostly as it should but the frame rate went down to 4 after the 8th or 9th test and eventually 0.09 and around there close to the end.

RE: 2010-08 Friday 27th, Amnesia: The Dark Descent Gone Gold
I have a question... Do the preorderers get the game earlier than the release date?
I'm preordering. Actually first I was planning on buying the CD version of the game, but when I heard that its coming later than the release date im preordering it, but when the CD version comes I'll buy it too. Thanks.

Damn...
Now I need to figure out some way I could remove 3GB of RAM from my 2x2GB sticks.
Then I need to take out 3 cores of my quad core processor - it's like a horror game impossible puzzle
