A Question For The People At Frictional Regarding Their Logo's

I was thinking of designing my own t-shirt with the Frictional Games Logo and a picture of Penumbra and Amnesia or both front and back of the T-shirt.

Obviously this would conflict with me not having the rights to use the logos but would you consider it acceptable for someone to use the logo's in a tshirt they wish to deisign as online websites state they may have to ask the owners if permission was given or it could lead to legal complications and i dont want to get myself sue'd or something LOL xD
