I will post links to all the SOMA Transmissions (Depth) movies and update as they keep releasing.
This is to have all movies easy to acces in one single place, and to avoid spoilers.
The only other thread where all the films are listed is the Depth discussions thread, and the movies are comented there as they are released, so who searches them there also faces lots of spoilers posts interlaced with the posts containing the actual videos.

Oh, I havent't noticed that thread until now... I've been looking for the films all over this part of the forum, I've thought they are listed in SOMA art or something but haven't found them. The only place I have found them was the Depth discussion thread, but there they are discussed as they appear and are trapped between spoilers...
If you think this thread is redundant just let me know and I'll delete it ASAP

Updated on 05.10.2015, now all 8 movies can be found here.
They can be played continually in the playlist (first link) as a whole movie, pieced together they have about 52 minutes!
Enjoy Depth, and don't forget the popcorn and soda

The transmissions are weird in the bad way... most time it just dont looks like SOMA at all... and there are only a few really good scenes. :c i think its ok for a little sidekick with a low low budget.
Tentacle raping guy is coming for ya Q.Q Watcha gonna do?
I mentioned this in the comments section of the video itself, but watching Transmission #8 reminded me of this movie. Anybody else get this vibe?
Sort of yes.... Mostly no...but being a big Lynch fan myself I understand why you got that vibe. I enjoyed the entire series from start to finish, but It's my opinion that the disjointed nature of the final episode is due to heavy editing and it doesn't seem to be intentional. I could be wrong. I do recall seeing you comment on the video comments section as I think we've crossed paths on there before maybe.
The Reed and Golaski confrontation seemed like it should have had more dialogue. Also
..... What killed Fisher ? He is trying to get back in and then he just sort of.....dies. I think that was his faceplate cracking.
I have had time to reflect on the scene with Reed hugging the Vivarium and making a remark about it being warm and "nice" and interpret that as her obviously dreaming.....but this time it isn't a nightmare. Maybe she is finally at peace with the work Catherine was doing and that was her minds way of manifesting that? I dunno.
But yes......the Lynch vibe....I can sort of see it, but I'm not convinced it was intentionally done. But, as Bob Ross would say....no mistakes, just happy accidents.

My thoughts as well. But remember, Mulholland Dr. became what it was from a short-lived TV pilot, not necessarily because Lynch started out his conception of it like that.
Either we have a full online movie to come, or the filmmakers were forced to edit it to fit SOMA's continuity and ended up pragmatically going with a disjointed, dreamy look.

I really wish Mulholland drive had been made into the show Lynch wanted....it was so weird. Actually, Lynch should just make a video game.
As far this miniseries is concerned I think what we have seen is what we get....I wish there was more but this seems like that's it.
So perhaps your parallel between this and Mulholland drive is more appropriate than you think.

Alas, yeah, seeing as we're not getting a fully edited together Depth movie. :c
