Upside down vision. Bug or feature?

Every time I look at enemy my vision goes upside down. HUD things like inventory or hints are normal but the environment is upside down and that happens very often. If this is a feature then it is the worst feature I have ever seen in any horror game. It is extremely distracting and annoying. I turned "Insanity effect" off in options because my vision was upside down most of the time playing. Is there some way to turn this "effect" off permanently? Or is it a bug?

Bug, a lot of people encountered it with the demo. Try updating your drivers and see if that helps.
