I hold much respect for developers working Independently and doing what they do, so if the option is available I'll get the game directly from the devs.

I was just stating my general approach to purchasing indie titles, as a matter of fact I pre-ordered Amnesia directly from the frictional store!
But I appreciate your kind gesture of informing me, so no apologies needed

Don't you get a Steam key when you get it off of Frictional's store anyways? Or was that just for us that preordered?

I have just bought it from the Frictional store, paying out an extra 3 quid over the Steam version becuase I thought i'd get a Steam key. I didn't get one .
