SDL.dll?

So I just got the editor but it won't start, saying that I am missing a file named SDL.dll.

am I supposed to extract the tools to a specific location or am I missing something?

Yes, you have to extract the tool to the same location as where the amnesia.exe is, so in the game folder. check the hpl2.frictionalgames.com wiki for details.

Hey.. I have now extracted the Tools from Hpl2.Frictionalgames.com but I have not been able to get the Sdl.Dll file .. Nor do I have any knowledge of getting it.. I don't really know how to extract nor what to , where to extract anything.. I'm not very good at this.. Would appreciate some further help for a newbie like me if that wont be too much a bother : D Thanks.

Download the files, locate the directory where you installed amnesia, place the downloaded files in the amnesia folder next to amnesia.exe. You're good to go.
