I read your post on converting some penumbra items to amnesia, would it be possible to do the same thing with the arm from penumbra? Then we could use that to hold the flashlight

RE: Penumbra flashlight in Amnesia?
the problem is that you dont have a arm in penumbra. you see only the flashligt.

I wouldn't no where to start, but If anyone knows how to model well enough Id give them quite the highfive if they were to make an arm and put it up for download. : )

Neither would i, but...
What if it was a 2D model, which just appeared to be 3d?
Thatd be a bit easier, your only ever going to see one side after all.

RE: Penumbra flashlight in Amnesia?
But if light shines on the 2d arm, wouldn't the shading show it to be 2d?
tho.. 2d looking or not atleast we would have a flash light.
Wait.. There isn't an arm in penumbra! why do we even need an arm, cant we just have it just waving around, with the place where a hand would be off screen, again, like penumbra?

Flashlights only shine in one direction - But, if any other light shone on it, youd be right.
And it is true, we dont TRULY need an arm... I think
