Pweeeeeease I want to save! lol
Having beaten Justine, I think it's best without saves. It's actually fairly short, but sweet, very sweet. The first time through it seems longer as far as wanting to explore and being cautious, but it doesn't take a whole lot of time to get where you last died anyway once you know what you need to do. It's the fact that you can't save that makes the scariest part of it as scary as it is. It takes too much tension away if you know that the worst case scenario is that you start 1-2 minutes away from when you died if not less time than that.
I know some people won't be as lucky as me, but I managed to beat it the second try. Now, if it was as long as the original game then not being able to save would be taking it too far. But the original game has gotten criticism for having a save anywhere feature and for being similar to Bioshock in that there's little penalty for dying.
