if anybody tells you it is a hallucination, don't believe them i even checked in the map editor, and it's very real(checked more to shut up the people saying that then anything else)

It has disabled triggers... I thought monsters with disabled triggers would ignore you even if you just walked up to them?

no...that's only if the monster is scripted to not kill you...

Messing around with the level editor, I'm almost completely sure that monsters with disabled triggers will not attack you even if you stand right in front of them. I'll test this out right away.

EDIT: Just tested it. A monster with disabled triggers will NOT attack you even if you run up to them. You can even push them if you want, they won't react. So there's no way you could've died to the monster in the wine cellar unless you changed it in the level editor.

Some people were posting vids of an altered version of that grunt I think. It's real and it has it's triggers on. :V

Sounds like a glitch. He should just walk away. Additionally (at least when I've played) part of the trigger script slows your movement down so it isn't actually possible to run at him and get directly in his face.

I'm not sure it's a script, I thought it was you just losing your sanity...no you're right my bad

But yes I did try to run up to the Mr.Face, and I couldn't, and I also tanked the shit out of my sanity.

I think after that I collapsed at least 3 times from loss of sanity lol
