need help with signs and level door names

I've tried doing this myself, looking through the wiki and everything,but i just cannot figure this out, it's the very last thing i need to do before i can finish this story.

I have no idea how to do it. I need signs over my doors and messages that tell the player what level door goes where... i don't want people getting lost and wandering around forever...

Do you have the script, and do you have the category in your Extra.lang?
