Can I use AAMFP assets in my CS?
I'm afraid that I can't.

Also, TCR is really weird about using primitives as walls.

Yes, you should be able to use them in custom stories, as long as you're not using them in a way that benefits you financially then it shouldn't be a problem.

Yes, you should be able to use them in custom stories, as long as you're not using them in a way that benefits you financially then it shouldn't be a problem.

Models. The command things are called Scripts.

Also, can I edit some properties of the Asset like maybe making the cages gone in the bed in the first level.

they are upgrading the 2.0 engine to accept all of the models yes. All the editors (model, map, ect) should allow for use of all AMFP assests

unless they upgrade the custom story system you couldnt use in in a regular CS but yes, you should be able to use it in an FC just as per normal

Why don't we just wait for the patch before attempting any imports? You're just going to complicate the development process for any custom story.
