Where to start?

Hi there. I've been here before. I know i have.

Some time ago i started messing around with the Amnesia level editor. I had some ideas that i would like to make true.
Off course i needed help to get it to work. I made a few threads here on the Frictional Games Forum.

... then i dropped my ideas. Other things got in the way. Personal things. Real life things.

But now i'm back. I've played most of Amnesia through a second time, and i'm going to try and make some custom stories. My question then is: Where to start?

Can you recommend any good level editor tutorials? Scripting tutorials?
Any good places to look? Any particular?

I've forgot almost everything i knew about the level editor, and i didn't know much in the first place.
And also, when i finish my custom story, where can i upload it? How to get it out there?
