Problem with the .lang file not working

Heya I'm making a custom story and I can't seem to get my .lang file working, not even the description of the map is working, here is what I have so far...

<CATEGORY Name="CustomStoryMain">
<Entry Name="Description">My custom story</Entry>

<CATEGORY Name="Journal">
