That's a glitch, there shouldn't be 2 bodies at once. Have you reinstalled the mod with the fixed version? I think you can use previous saves BEFORE you entered the dungeons map, so you shouldn't worry about all the lost progress. Do that and drag the body to the emblem on the floor.
