Grabuseoffset

So, I want to use Grabuseoffset, but it doesn't work as I want.

Every time I pick up item, no matter what settings I use, they will go specific way every time.

What i want is that object would go like 45-70 degrees up/down, like holding in hand and maybe more right if possible Smile...
